Tanya P. Tambling
I joined The Venardi Law Firm in order to pursue my passion of helping employees with work-related issues and accident victims. I practice all areas of employment law and personal injury. As a mother of three children and a former community college instructor of migrant farm workers, I enjoy educating clients about their rights in the workplace, and working closely with them through each phase of litigation.
I received my Juris Doctorate from the University of California at Davis. During law school, I participated in UC Davis’ Immigration Clinic, competed on a regional level with King Hall’s Negotiations Team, externed at Solano County Superior Court, and received the King Hall Certificate in Public Service. I earned my B.A. from University of Delaware with a double major in political science and foreign languages/ literature and my M.A. from San Francisco State University in English. Between my undergraduate studies and law school, I taught English as a Second Language for approximately fourteen years both in the United States and abroad. I speak German, Russian, and some Portuguese and Japanese, and have traveled to over forty countries.
I live in Walnut Creek, CA with my husband and children. In my free time, I enjoy traveling abroad with my family whenever possible, backpacking in the Sierras with my husband, beekeeping, swimming, hiking, cooking, and reading with my children.
